PIJIP to Host Panel on the Right to Research in International Copyright Law at EPIP 2022

The 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property will cohost a panel on the Right to Research at the upcoming European Policy for Intellectual Property conference in Cambridge, UK. The panel will explore, from various perspectives, whether national, international and European human rights frameworks contain the elements necessary to construe a right to research out of existing rights and norms, and how researchers perceive and navigate copyright barriers to their work.Â
The panel will be held Friday, September 16, at 15:30-17:00 in Room LG17 at the Cambridge University Faculty of Law. The full EPIP program and registration is available atÂ
